The subscription is $150/month until canceled.
I doubt it will happen, but if the group isn’t what you thought it would be, you can cancel your membership anytime.
To get the most out of this membership, members are expected to attend 3 of the 4 meetings a month and engage weekly in the Facebook community.
Weekly meetings will be conducted via Google at a regularly scheduled time agreed upon by the group.
Members are expected to prioritize these meetings, and regular absences may result in removal from the group. In other words, it’s extremely important that you be there — please make this a priority.
Meetings will open up 5 – 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and will start on time each week. I will ensure that meetings start and stop on time, and that the conversation stays focused and relevant.

5 Minutes: Announcements
Updates with any news, announcements, and/or general housekeeping
10 Minutes: Wins
Everyone in the group will share a “win” they had from the previous weekly. Ideally (but not necessarily) these wins will have to do with the goals they’ve been sharing with and working on in the group.
30 Minutes: Spotlight
Each week one member will be in the “Spotlight” to share their goals, struggles, and/or challenges in order to elicit advice, suggestions, recommendations, resources, or specific help from the rest of the group. This is where we will all “brainstorm” to help the Spotlight member with our advice, experience, suggestions, and feedback.
These conversations are expected to continue throughout the week inside the Facebook group as we continue to offer our ongoing support for each member.
Keep in mind, even though you’re only in the Spotlight once every 8 weeks, you’ve been purposefully put in a group with bookkeepers in a similar situation as you. This means they are likely facing some of the same challenges as you are (or will), so you will gain insight on your own business, even when you’re not in the Spotlight.
10 Minutes: Goals
We’ll go around the group and give everyone a chance to share what their goal is for the upcoming week. Each member’s goals will be posted in the Facebook group after the meeting in order to offer support and accountability throughout the week.
5 Minutes: Closing
In closing the meeting we’ll assign next week’s Spotlight member and discuss plans on how we can support each other until we meet again.
We will officially kick things off on January 2nd but there are educational resources and pre-launch fun to dive into right now.
